Kenyan Foreign Minister Moses Wetangula discussed issues of mutual interest with Iran`s Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki here Saturday. In the meeting, Mottaki said the two countries have good political relations with each other and there is a positive view on mutual cooperation. He described outlook of the ties `Good` and underlined the necessity of more communication between the two countries in different fields. Mottaki added, `The two countries have good potentials in economic relations and Iranian companies can be active in the fields of energy, agriculture, construction of dams and power plants and irrigation. ` Wetangula said relations between Iran and Kenya is friendly and deep adding his country is ready to use Iran`s experiences in the fields of energy, oil discovery and car manufacturing. He also expressed hope that the 5th joint economic commission can be held at scheduled time in Nairobi. The visiting Kenyan foreign minister also presented an invitation from Kenyan president for President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to pay an official visit to Kenya.
